For all repair inquiries, please email us at ben@thebenshoppe.com. Please include your name, order no., description of the repair needed, and any photos to illustrate the issue.

Upon review, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions, estimated cost, and estimated timeline for the repair.

As soon as your repair is complete we will notify you with shipping information. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
