Repairs

The Ben Shoppe covers all repairs within a year of purchase due to manufacturing issues only. Any repair request will be closely examined by our team to determine whether or not it is a manufacturing issue before we go forward with the repair. We do not cover repairs for damage that is a result of improper care and use. See our care guidelines covering all of the materials we use in our collection. We also do not cover repairs for normal wear and tear. For these cases, we would be more than happy to repair at a fee. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

Please email ben@thebenshopppe.com to initiate any repair requests. Kindly include your name, order no., description of the repair needed, and any photos to illustrate the issue. Upon review, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions, estimated cost if any, and projected timeline for the repair.
