Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days (includes business and non business days) from the delivery date of your order. 

All return or exchange requests should be initiated in customer accounts. You can login by using the email used for your order. As soon as your return is received we will send you an email with a return shipping label.

All items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear. All items must be returned with all original packaging (box & pouch). No refunds will be given until the goods have been received and reviewed for compliance with the above.

Upon validation of return, refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the order. Please allow 5-7 days for all refunds to be processed. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.
